Removal of Controller:
1. Ensure that the Installer is properly grounded while handling
Controller
2. Remove the front cover & dead front of the Panel board
Integrated Switchboard.
3. Lift up to unplug the Power in terminal at controller see fig 1. Also
disconnect all the communication ports such as ethernet etc to
the controller.
4. Unscrew the DB25 connector screws & remove the DB25
connector cable ends at the controller box sides (both sides).
5. Unscrew the controller cover mtg screws (qty-2) and lift the
controller cover upwards.
6. Unscrew the hold down bracket screws and remove the hold
down brackets from both sides of controller box.
7. Remove the Caplugs on the controller box (qty-4)
8. Unscrew the Controller board supports mtg screws (qty-2)
9. Unscrew the Ground stud screws (qty-3 )
10. Pull back and lift the controller assembly along with the controlle
board supports.
11. Pull off the controller board supports (qty-2) side ways and save
for new controller.
Reinstallation Instructions:
1. Push on the saved controller board supports (qty-2) onto each
end of new controller.
2. Drop this assembly along with the controller board supports at an
inclination and push forward in the controller box so as to have
proper seating (ensure that the hooks provided on the controlle
r
board supports locks in the controller box).
3. Tighten the ground stud screws (qty-3) so as to hold the controlle
r
board firmly to the controller box. Torque to 10 lb-inch.
4. Tighten the controller board support mtg screws (qty-2) to torque
of 15-20 lb inch
5. Push In all the Caplugs in to the controller box.
6. Drop down the controller cover in to the mtg holes provided in the
box and other end of the controller cover to seat in the controlle
board support recess grooves.
7. Tighten the controller cover mtg screws to torque of 15-20 lb-inch.
8. Assemble the hold down bracket both sides and tighten it to the
box with the hold down bracket screws to torque of 15-20 lb-inch.
9. Push the ends of the DB25 connector cable ends to the controlle
connector both sides and tighten the knurled screws at end o
f
each cable connector to torque of 5 Lb-inch.
10. Plug in the transformer secondary wire connector to Power in
terminal on controller.
11. Connect all the communication port wires such as ethernet etc to
the controller.
12. Install dead front and front cover of the panel board / Integrated
switchboard.
